How Can I ask for an enquiry?
If you find interests with our existing
products, please visit our website for choosing
the items to inquiry.
In case that you want OEM products according to
your own design, please send us inquiry with
detailed requirements and technical
information.
2. What information
needed to prepare the prices?
In order to calculate the prices precisely, we
need necessary information as follows, please
provide these details as much as possible.
1) Brief self-introduction
2) Product photo or drawings
3) Required material
4) Unit weights
5) If any certificates wanted
6) Annual or trial order quantity
3. How does your
quoting system work?
Our cost team will check the costs of each
component of the products, working out a total
costs, adding other costs of managements,
operations, logistics etc., finally price offer
comes out.
We DO NOT quoting by tone prices.
4. How long it
takes for quotation?
2-3 days for existing products, 4-5 days for OEM
projects.
5. What’s your
policy of molding costs?
In case new moulds need being opened, the customer
is preferred to pay for it firstly, we will
refund the payment when order quantity up to
agreed amount (varying with different products)
6. What’s
contained in the quotation?
Quotation will contain details of the products
with prices, material price & exchange, payment
terms, lead time, price validity, packing etc.
7. What’s payment
terms you can do?
The payment we accept are:
1) Sight L/C,
2) T/T payment with 30% deposit,
3) 100% deposit with discount.
Samples
FAQ
1. What’s the
condition of getting samples?
In good hope of business and general agreement
on the prices, we're glad to provide samples for
quality checking and testing.
2. What’s about the
sample and freight cost policy?
Free samples will be offered when value less
than US$10.00
The freight cost is to be covered by customer.
3. How long is the
sampling time?
Two or three days for existing products. If
there is any change of design or new OEM
project, one or two weeks is needed for
preparation.
4. Which courier
service can be used to deliver samples?
The samples can be sent by most of global
couriers, such as TNT, UPS, DHL, UPS and so on.
Ordering FAQ
1. Can I have our
own logos on products?
Yes, customer logo is generally accepted, we can
print your company information and logos on
handle of the valves and packing materials.
If want a logo engraved on the body of products,
we need to change design of our moulds, so a
sufficient buying quantity is required.
You
can send us the artwork by email in JPEG or TIFF
format. If you want your logo, company name to
be printed on the package for the products
(custom design package), such as gift box, paper
card, the minimum order is 3000 units per model.
You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS,
TIFF or CorelDraw format ( 300 dpi ).
2. What’s about the
minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
1/2”-1” 1000pcs /size, 11/4”-2”
500pcs /size,
>2” 200pcs /size
3. How to place an
order?
Please send us your purchase order by email or
fax, or ask us to send you a proforma
invoice for your ordering. We need to know the
following information for your order:
* Shipping information - company name, street
address, phone number, fax number, destination
airport or sea port, transportation method ( by
courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity,
unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
* Forwarder's contact details if there's any
4. When will order
production start?
When order signed and confirmed, we will wait
for the deposit payment or LC, upon receiving
which the production will start.
5. How long is the
delivery time?
35~45 days from production starts to goods ready.
Shipment FAQ
1. What’s kind of
packing for delivery?
Neutral export package -- white box and
corrugated carton, one label for each box and
carton, loaded by non-wooden pallet.
Customers’ packing design is acceptable, cost
other calculated.
2. Can you find
shipping companies for me?
Yes, we can find the shipping agent here and
book right shipment for you, freight will be
covered by customer in terms of FOB.
3. How long the
goods can reach our port?
It depends on where destination port is,
normally 2 weeks for Asia, 4 weeks for Europe, 5
weeks for North America.
